Merry Christmas!!! :)

Oh my goodness!! It is almost already January! Crazy how fast time flys when your super busy! All has been good here. Ryan recently got a promotion at the hotel. He has now tackled the night audit position, he isn't quite sure he likes the hours of that one, (11pm - 7am) but we will take what we can get to survive! :) I am also getting a few more hours at the Ross Store which is good. We will not be going home for christmas this year due to how expensive the flights are! So we will be coming home to visit hopefully Valentines Day weekend we are planning.

I just finished my 2nd Quarter here at FIDM. My grade's were very good again! :) I start up my classes again on January 7th, then it is so exciting to think only 3 more quarters left then we will be back in South Dakota!!!! :) :) :) We are very excited and have already started saving for the big move! Ry and I miss family and Morgan very much and can't wait to see everyone again very soon! :)

Lindsey will be a few short hours from us for New Years, we are going to try and see what we can do to see her and her boyfriend before they leave. It probably won't happen but it's hard to not want to take advantage of an oppurtunity like that! I miss her a lot too I suppose! :)

Also, Happy Belated Birthday to my Beautiful, most amazing mother! She celebrated her birthday on the 10th of this month! I have been joking with my mom a lot lately abotu the weather. South Dakota is having quite the Winter this year. I enjoy texting mom asking her if she is jealous of the 80 degree weather I have been having here in California & how I would much rather be stuck in a blizzard! hehe! Well that is all of right now...will update later when I have more to discuss! :)

Take care everyone. Stay Safe! Remember the reason for the season.Merry Christmas!

God Bless You All!

Love Andrea & Ryan

The start of a new addiction...blogging!

Hi Everyone!

So I loved Lindsey's idea of starting a blog and thought I would too! It is definately a more appropriate way to keep family and close friends updated, rather than facebook (I tend to get distracted).

It is almost Christmas time and Ryan and I are finally getting on our feet out here in California. We like it here but family is very important to us so we will be moving back to South Dakota after I finish school next December! We are very excited and can not wait to be closer to everyone again, especially Morgan, Ryan's daughter. We miss her quite a bit!! :)

School is going well. I am starting finals next week for my 2nd quarter then 4 more quarters to go! I am also working part time at Ross Dress for Less in Hollywood. So with school and working keeps me pretty busy. Ryan is working as a Front Desk Agent at the Holiday Inn, only a block from our apartment right next to the Staples Center! That keeps him pretty busy. In our free time we like to take advantage of my student discount on tickets for movies and Knotts Scary Farm or just sit at home and cook! :)

Morgan is 2 years old. She is growing fast and is extremely smart! :) We miss her a lot and do not get to see her as much as we would like to but that will soon be changing! :)
Also, we would like to keep the students of WSHS in our thoughts and prayers due to the recent accident along with the Families of Jasmyn Knippling (rest in peace honey), Loriann Schimke, Ty Kenobbie, and Tanner Easton & my step brother's son passed away also, 2 days after he was born. Rest in Peace Brayden Levi Papczun.

More to come later on....

Love Ryan and Andrea
